Try using libpcap 0.7.1 and *not* configuring libpcap with
"--with-pcap=dlpi".  That's not guaranteed to work, but using AIX's BPF
mechanism (which libpcap 0.7.1 should be able to use - but, again, no
guarantees) may work better than using DLPI.
