Either you forgot to install winpcap, or you are trying to capture on a
modem.  Read the FAQ.

I am trying to perform the "ethereal capture" on a Windows NT4 system with
two lan interfaces. In the interface combo box, I haven't any line so can't
choose any interface to initiate the capture.
