*If* the Stop is pressed soon enoguh, and the browser responds quickly
enough to the Stop by closing the connection(s) over which the download
is taking place, that further data arrives from the server after the
browser closes the connection (and if that close causes the TCP code to
send an RST if further data arrives, rather than, say, just discarding
the data; sending an RST makes sense, but one should never assume
software always does that which makes sense...).
