It could be.  Is 4.7 a new release?  If so, they might have changed the
file format.

There's unlikely to be one without somebody supplying to an Ethereal
developer a capture file from Sniffer 4.7, as well as a print-to-file
dissection of that file (so we know what's in it), or documentation on
the new file format.
