Ethereal does this by default. Look in display pane at the bottom of
the ethereal window. If you click on one of the hex bytes it also
will highlight the corresponding formated field in the middle pane.
If you click on a formated field it will highlight the corresponding
hex byte(s) in the bottom pane.
I don't see anyway to hide the bottom pane, but perhaps yours is sized
to only a few lines. Try enlarging it to get a better view.
