What do you mean by "expand"?  Display them with all the protocol tree
items opened up, showing every field?

If by "save the expanded packets in a file" you mean "save to a text
file the dissected versions of all the packets", you can do that by
printing to a file - select "Print" from the "File" menu, select "File"
in the "Print to:" section, and select "Print detail" and "Expand all
levels".
