Most
PC based NIC cards do not pass the CRC up to the PC. If the CRC is bad, the NIC
card normally just drops the packet.
If you
get a network general sniffer running on a PC platform, you will find it also
has a special NIC card.
Cheers
James
Does the Bytes
and Bytes per second in the Tools - Summary include the 14 byte Ethernet
header? The 4 byte CRC?
Is there
somewhere to see this group via a browser?
