I don't know what the problem might be, but it's probably a WinPcap
problem; you might try asking "winpcap@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx". 
Mention that you're using the Terminal Server edition (as that might
change, for example, what capture devices you're allowed to open).
