Well, if you follow the link from the Ethereal home page for downloading
binary packages:

	http://www.ethereal.com/download.html#binaries

there's a set of links for HP-UX.

Follow the link to the German Porting Centre (the French porting centre
appears not to have the latest Ethereal, unfortunately; you want the
latest version), and you get to

	http://hpux.asknet.de/hppd/hpux/Gtk/Applications/ethereal-0.8.20/

In the section for "Dependencies" it has links for all the packages on
which Ethereal 0.8.20 depends, including GTK+:
