A quick Google search turned up Optimal Network Monitor from Optimal
Networks, which got swallowed by Compuware last year. It got rolled into
their EcoSYSTEMS suite, looks like.

Looking at
http://www.compuware.com/products/ecosystems/appexpert/detail.htm,
either Snoop or DOS Sniffer ought to work for him.
