I.e., you start Ethereal, and start a capture by:

	selecting "Start" from the "Capture" menu;

	possibly changing some of the fields in the resulting dialog
	box;

	clicking "OK";

and the counters in the dialog box that it then pops up don't show any
network packets captured?
