This is probably either a WinPcap or driver problem.

Try downloading and installing WinDump, run "windump -D" to get a list
of interfaces, and try capturing on the devices it lists.  If it can't
capture on your interface, send mail to the WinPcap developers:

	winpcap@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

about it.
