Make sure the capture length is set to a reasonable value,
1600 should work. I have seen this value set to 99 and get
the same problem. The capture length is set in the 'Capture
Preferences' dialog box.

Subject: [Ethereal-users] Ethereal on Win2K.

Hi folks,

I have installed a recent version of Ethereal on W2K. I am
getting alot of "short frame" errors when doing a packet capture,
like 99% short frames. I do not see the same # when running
on Linux. Any ideas why?
