I've looked at WEP-encrypted data from several manufacturers now, and it would appear that all of them violate the 802.11 spec and do NOT set the WEP flag in WEP data frames. Thus, Ethereal does not decode them properly. Is there any way a feature can be added whereby data frames can be pronounced as WEP-encrypted for proper dissection?
