Note that CDP can, at least in part, be dissected by Ethereal.  (If
there are things that a Sniffer dissects and Ethereal doesn't, the
Ethereal dissector could probably be modified to do so; send us a
Sniffer capture, and a text file with printed output from the Sniffer.)
