We need some sort of toggle button to switch between ASCII and EBCDIC.
Currently, in the hexdump, the only time EBCDIC is translated to ASCII
is if the protocol tree contains SNA data. But since Ethereal doesn't
know that SNA in the packet, it doesn't translate the EBCDIC characters.
