The Gnutella dissector was, in some cases, not putting protocol-tree
item for the protocol at the top level; the protocol summary statistics
code does *not* like this (and I tend to agree with it).

I've checked in a change to the Gnutella dissector that makes it always
put a protocol-tree item for the Gnutella protocol at the top; that
fixed the problem.  It should show up in the next release.
