No, I can't tell you for certain.

However, I would suggest downloading Ethereal 0.8.19 instead, as it uses
an older version of libtool that might not have the problem you're
seeing.  It also fixes a number of bugs that would cause crashes, and
various other annoying bugs, so I would very very very very very very
very very strongly suggest you use 0.8.19 instead.

Note also that there are binary packages of Ethereal 0.8.19 available
from the HP-UX Porting and Archive Centre; see
