Unless something has happened *very* recently, it's not a dead link,
i.e., it's not as if the site no longer exists.

	http://www.ethereal.com/faq.html#q3.8

"Q 3.8: When I try to download the WinPcap driver and library, I can't
get to the WinPcap Web site.

A: As is the case with all Web sites, that site won't necessarily always
be accessible; the server may be down due to a problem or down for
maintenance, or there may be a networking problem between you and the
server. You should try again later."

The netgroup site occasionally seems to become unavailable. Every time
that's happened, it's become available later.

Right now, the problems seem to be

	1) a possible network problem getting to the Politecnico di
	   Torino's name servers (I can't ping either
	   "leonardo.polito.it" or "giove.polito.it", although this
	   could conceivably be due to ICMP Echoes getting blocked - and
	   I'm not getting any DNS replies back from them);

	2) "dns2.nic.it" giving the all-too-common "I'm not an
	    authority for that domain, but here's what information I
	    have, including a list of authoritative servers which, err,
	    umm, includes me" reply for the "polito.it" domain;

so it looks as if the site is just temporarily unavailable due to a DNS
server glitch at the Politecnico.
