If you want to install a binary, you need the "ethereal" package:

	http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/ports.cgi?query=ethereal&stype=all

As we're talking about FreeBSD, "pkg_add" will install other packages
that it depends on (which are listed on that page, although those are
the ports needed for the Ethereal port; some of them, such as
libtool-1.3.4_2, are presumably only needed if you are using the port
and building from source, rather than using the precompiled package).
