At least at present, it's IP-related, and it's TCP-related and
UDP-related (converting TCP and UDP port numbers to service names), and
it's IPv6-related, and it's Ethernet-related, and..., as it affects
*all* those forms of name resolution.

Joerg Meyer sent in a patch a while ago (which I'll look at soon) which,
as I remember, splits that into multiple options, so perhaps there we'd
have separate ones with separate tabs (although I think he had one
option to control all transport-layer resolution, for example, rather
than separate flags for TCP and UDP).
