Perhaps the options that Jeff Foster added to the preferences
(promiscuous mode when capturing, updating packet list while capturing,
automatic scrolling to end of packet list if the list is updated while
capturing, resolving addresses to names) should be given a preferences
tab of their own (or more than one, e.g. resolving names is not just a
capture option, so perhaps the capture options should be given one tab
and the name resolution should be given another tab).
