Try it with WinDump and, if that doesn't work, ask
"winpcap@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" about it - either

	1) it's a WinPcap bug

or

	2) the card doesn't support promiscuous mode

or

	3) the card's driver doesn't let you put the card into
	   promiscuous mode.

My suspicion is that the problem is not 1); if it's not 2), it might be
3).  You might want to ask Xircom^H^H^H^H^H^HIntel whether the W2K
driver for the card allows you to put it into promiscuous mode.

(Note:

	1) I don't have that networking card on my home machine;

	2) my home network has only my machine and my ADSL modem on it,
	   so there's no way to check whether promiscuous mode works on
	   the card I *do* have;

	3) my work network is switched, so promiscuous mode doesn't make
	   a difference, so there's no way to check whether promiscuous
	   mode works there, either;

so there are limits on how much help I can *personally* provide on this
issue; I'd suggest that you not reply solely to me.)
