...but nothing GTK-based does, when using the current version of
GTK+-for-Windows.

	1) Convince Tor Lillqvist, creator of the Win32 GTK+ port, to
	   support 256-color displays, at least in GTK+, even if the Gimp
	   can't handle it.

	2) Write code so that Ethereal can be built with another
	   toolkit, e.g. MFC, on Windows.
