Hi,

I am using .8.17 Ethereal.  

The time data displayed as part of the "Frame" section only has a resolution to 
1ms even though the number of digits displayed would indicate that it is accurate to 
1 microsecond. I other words of the 6 places to the right of the decimal point, only
the first 3 are ever non-zero.  Is there something I need to do to get the greater 
resolution of time?
