...and, if you want to capture packets, you first go to the WinPcap
download page:

	http://netgroup-serv.polito.it/winpcap/install/default.htm

download the "WinPcap auto-installer", and run it.  (You can install
Ethereal before installing WinPcap, but, until you install WinPcap,
Ethereal won't allow you to capture packets.)
