"chmod a+rx ethereal" after gunzip

It should work, although there are a few issues with Tenon's Xtools.  I
noticed that the latest version of libpcap (0.6.2) causes serious problems
during the capture with ethereal 0.8.16.  However, the new libpcap works
fine with their tcpdump 3.6.2 in OS X.  For the ethereal on my page, I've
linked in libpcap 0.5 (although it shows up as 0.6 inside of ethereal).

I'll send the patches once I get a chance to clean them up.
