"The plugins aren't listed" does not necessarily imply "the plugins
don't work".

Current versions of Ethereal don't show "new-style" plugins, and both
Gryphon and MGCP are new-style plugins in 0.8.15.

The next release will support only new-style plugins, and will display
them in the "Tools->Plugins" window.

If, when you pop up the dialog box for "Edit->Protocols", there are
"gryphon" and "mgcp" entries in the "Decoding" tab (the only tab in that
dialog box), then the Gryphon and MGCP dissectors *have* been found by
Ethereal.
