The Big Comment in the SNMP dissector doesn't speak of skipping over RH,
it speaks of working around a problem with RH 6.2.

You shouldn't have to make *any* mods to it - in fact, UCD SNMP 4.1.2
*fixes* the problem in question (by restoring binary compatibility with
earlier versions of UCD SNMP), but if you're compiling from source,
binary compatibility won't be an issue in any case.
