At least some people have run Ethereal on W95, and I think at least some
of them have run the version that supports capturing; WinPcap comes in
Windows 9x, Windows NT 4.x, and Windows NT 5.x^H^H^H^H^H^H2000 versions.

Whether it works with a particular network card may differ from card to
card, as the driver for a particular card might not support stuff that
WinPcap requires.
