I've installed 0.8.15 win32 binary on windows 2000 and everything is working except for the plugins. I've installed the plugins mgcp.dll and gryphon.dll under C:\Program Files\Ethereal\plugins\0.8.15. When I click on tools->plugins, the window appears but nothing appears in the plugin list. 
How can I enable the plugins?
