hello friends,
    i am developing a project to monitor and control the available
bandwidth of our JNU campus network. i have taken up two issues to
develop this project:
1. traffic analysis on the LAN by snooping the packets.
2. Blocking the TCP(new) connections using admission control policy if
the traffic exceeds the available bandwidth capacity.

i am working on windows platform(win98/NT).
Tell me how to install e-the-real on windows platform. i am facing
problems during the installation process.
