Probably.  The latest version is 2.02, as per the page at

	http://netgroup-serv.polito.it/winpcap/

and I seem to remember read timeout support having been added in 2.02.

Note that the page at

	http://netgroup-serv.polito.it/winpcap/install/Default.htm

says:

	WARNING: We strongly suggest to uninstall older drivers and
	reboot the machine before installing the new ones.

and also says, as the last step in the "Instructions" section:

	reboot the system

I.e., uninstall the old WinPcap, reboot the system, install 2.02, reboot
the system, then try capturing.
