I'm assuming you're using the Win32 nversion of Ethereal....

Get the Ethereal executable available from 
http://members.xoom.com/ramdyne/ethereal/

If you have a working Ethereal 0.8.11 or later, just copy 
the executable over your old one, if this fails or you 
don't have a 0.8.11 or later executable and the associated 
GTK libraries, also download the GTK.zip file available 
from the URL above.

If you want to decode the RTP conversation between 
Netmeeting clients, you have to start the capture BEFORE
you start the NetMeeting conversation! This Ethereal is
able to fish the RTP ports used in the conversation from the
H.245 messages the two clients exchange.
