What do you mean by "SNMP Sniffer"?

Ethereal

	1) will, if the underlying network interface *and* the OS on
	   which it's running support it, put the interface into
	   "promiscuous mode", in the sense of Ethernet/FDDI/Token Ring
	   interfaces supplying to the host *all* packets, not just
	   those that the host is supposed to see;

	2) can dissect SNMP packets;

but I don't know if that's what you mean by "support promiscuous mode
SNMP Sniffer".
