Recently downloaded Ethereal 0.8.11
Upgraded tcpdump and libpcap from tcpdump.org to
latest (recompiled/reinstalled) (3.5.2 and 0.5.2)

Running RedHat SparcLinux 6.2 on an UltraSparc 1.

When trying to capture packets (with and without
live update) the application freezes completely.
An earlier version that came with 6.1 seemed to
work fine on a Sparc20. Anyone else seen this
behaviour
before? If so, any workarounds? Having to use
tethereal for now, and read the packets after through
ethereal. Even there ethereal seems to "freeze" for
a short while when finishing to read the file...
