The new font is, we suspect, more likely to be on at least some people's
X servers than the old font; for some not-entirely-obvious reason, not
all X installations have Lucida Typewriter - somebody didn't have it on
their server (some Linux distribution, I forget which).

I chose "misc fixed" because that *tends* to be what's used as "fixed",
which is *typically* the default fixed-width font, so it's *likely* to
be present.

If we didn't support boldfacing as a way of showing, in the hex dump
window, the bytes in the selected field in the protocol tree window, we
could probably just use "fixed" - the problem is that we need to find
the boldface version of the user-selected fixed-width font, but
"fixedbold" (or something such as that) isn't a "standard" X font.

Lucida Typewriter.

Select "Edit->Preferences", select the "GUI" tab, click the "Font..."
button, and select a font from there - you want a font family of
"lucidatypewriter" and a font style of "medium", click "OK" in the font
selection dialog, click "Save" in the "Preferences" dialog, click "OK"
in the "Preferences" dialog.
