No, unfortunately it's not. It's on the list of things to do. We could
pretty easily add a "Save" button to the Follow TCP option, allowing you
to save the HTTP transaction, but that would included more than just the files
send across the HTTP connection.

Eventually I'd like to have the ability to save files that can be
reconstructed from any file transport protocols, like FTP, NFS, HTTP, AFS, etc.
