Try installing WinDump (a tcpdump port running atop the same libpcap
library and drivers that Ethereal uses) from

	http://netgroup-serv.polito.it/windump/

and see if that device works any better with WinDump.

If so, then it's probably an Ethereal problem; if not, there may be an
underlying problem with WinPcap, in which case you should report it to
the folks at the Politecnico di Torino.
