First off, I'd like to say that ethereal is an excellent tool.  My thanks to 
author and all the contributors.

Can ethereal be used to spit out one of its capture files (after being edited) 
onto the wire.  One of the many projects in our lab is diffserv router and we 
want to test different routing and queueing algorithms.  We've got one 
analyser/traffic-generator, but you have to get in line for a turn to use 
it...ATM projects get priority.  I didn't see anything in the man page, but I 
thought I'd ask anyway.
