I understand that there are display filters and capture filters. But, are
Both kept in the same "Filters" file and presented together in the Filter
dialogue?

And is the Filter Text Box at the Bottom of the screen a Display filter or a
Capture filter(I know its a Display Filter, but that may not be clear on
first observation).

I think the Display filters and Capture filters should be kept in different
places
and managed with separate dialogue boxed clearly marked as "Display Filters"
or
"Capture Filters".
