Yup, I couldn't find anything with a quick search through the UCD SNMP
4.0.1 source that would print the "couldn't find mib file" message.

However, he said that "ethereal -v" printed

         ethereal 0.8.3
         GTK+ 1.2.6
         libpcap 0.4
         libz 1.1.3
         UCD SNMP 4.0.1

so I'm not sure *what's* going on there.  It sounds as if it's linked
with the CMU SNMP library but thinks it's linked with the UCD SNMP
library....
