Making ethereal packages (i.e rpms) could be a little bit simpler if
there would be no hard-coded paths in source files (eg. static gchar
std_plug_dir[] = "/usr/lib/ethereal/plugins/0.8" in plugins.c). There is
a '--with-plugindir=DIR' option to ./configure script that could be used
to change this standard plugins path before compile stage.
