I think they have the same syntax as other SNMP packets, so it *should*
be able to dissect them *if* it recognizes them.

It sounds as if it's not even recognizing it as SNMP, and, as such,
isn't even trying to dissect it.

>From what UDP port number was the trap packet sent, and to which port
was it sent?  It *should* be recognizing as SNMP any packets sent to or
from port 161, which is the standard SNMP port.
