I don't think Craig was implying it was aimed at us, and that we need to
respond; as he said, he was joking.

I'm curious how often we actually compete with them, in the sense that,
for example, somebody decides not to buy a Sniffer because they can put
Linux/BSD plus Ethereal on a laptop for less money.

(Of course, given that I think they charge rather a lot of money for the
Sniffer software, people who don't need all the stuff a Sniffer does may
well decide to do that - or run Windows on the laptop but run one of the
Sniffer software's Windows competitors.)
