Works like a charm! The .out I sent was an MTP3 test - so MTP3 payload
was garbage except SIO and routing label.

That's good.  And it  does explain the response I got yesterday when I
showed the message to someone familiar with ISUP.   :)

Do let me know if there are any other link types missing (I can only think
of x.25...).
