I just checked in a change that uses native file open/save dialogs under
Windows. If the classes I've been teaching are any indication, this
will be a big step in improving Ethereal's usability under Windows.

The default open file dialog size is a little too small and the "Filter"
button doesn't work, but everything else I've tested has worked.
Hi Gerald!

First of all, yes, this is a big step to better usability under Windows. There's only one thing that remains a problem in this regards: the "Save" button in the Preference(s) dialog(s).

Some things I've noticed while trying:

- sometimes the dialog is "breathtakingly" slow
- the Size, Packets and First packet values are right bounded while the others are (correctly) left bounded - this is the "old style" dialog (e.g. used by Visual Studio 6). The "new style" (XP style?) dialog looks like the one from Firefox (I can provide screen shots if needed)

I'm pleased to see this change anyway, it's really a step in the right direction ...
