Hi list,

I write a dessector for OICQ,which is a popular IM software in China with over 15 millions users.
I hope it will be added in the next version.

This attachment  is source file.
Because when I sent Makefile.common.diff,Symantec AVF rejects my email :(
So I put diff files here.
