The Ethereal source distributions that I've downloaded from ClearSight
are available at http://www.ethereal.com/~gerald/clearsight/ . Date
stamps have been added to each file name -- otherwise they're unchanged.
They all contain Andreas' code. "ethereal.dsp" from the 20040307
distribution appears to compile and link Andreas' code, but the same
file from the other two distributions don't.

According to my archives I notified them in March of 2004 about the MPL
files in the distribution.
