A 2005-09-05 tag has been added to the ethereal-win32-libs repository.
It upgrades PCRE from 4.4 to 6.3 in response to the vulnerability
not-so-clearly-described at http://www.securityfocus.com/bid/14620 .

If you develop on Windows you'll have to re-run "nmake -f Makefile.nmake
setup".
